I am suspecting that the practical test - flight check, to get a glider rating in the USA was not that much of a challenge for you.
Somehow I have the feeling you have gliding experiences that you haven't yet told us about.
Where is Tom Jue when we need him (our ace reporter, and feature writer for the VSA Newsletter)? We need to hear about your background. You past experiences in gliders, etc..

Way to go! A good reason to have a party on Saturday night during the Acrofest. Congratulations on your certification - when I got mine I was told it is a license to learn, and I have found that to be true.
