    Flying Blind and Eatin' Good

As you all know, Charlie Hayes is a man of his word. Last week he said he would blindfold me. Using a handkerchief from Noelle, he did just that. Doesn't it look impressive?

On a serious note, check out this spaghetti by Chef Angelica for lunch today. It's got just the right amount of sauce and plenty of meat tossed in.

The noodles preparation is ideal for a Chinese Tomato Beef Chowmein entree. I'm thinking about taking Angelica down to Williams Chinese Restaurant.
