    Flying at Williams Airport for the past 75 years

    In 1944 Joe Pete Pearson took his first flight in a Stearman at the age of 7 from the airstrip which is now Williams Gliderport.

    75 years later Joe earned his Commercial Glider rating at the same airstrip.

    Congratulation Joe!

    Congratulations Joe. There certainly must be some satisfaction gained from circling back to the starting point. Rex of course will have the official word, but I think your accomplishment makes you the most senior member of the dinosaur club. As him about it.
