Congratulations to Isai Villanueva for passing his checkride today, Nov. 14, 2020, earning his Private Pilot glider rating. Isai took his first glider lesson at Williams Soaring Center just over a year and a half ago and soloed in August of this year. He is also taking lessons in power working toward his SEL rating. We wish him the best as he continues to pursue a career in aviation. Isai is pictured below being congratulated by DPE Rex Mayes.
