I was having similar thoughts... Usually, drier La Nina winters are followed by above average soaring seasons.

Yay, we made it past the Winter solstice yet again. FYI, I posted last year that solar energy at winter solstice is like <25% of the summer solstice:

Happy solstice! It's probably psychological, but I think I can already tell the days are getting longer.
