A forecast of course, but the key point is, a couple weeks ago, the forecast was dominated by a high pressure offshore blocking fronts. To me, the "mood" of the weather has changed, so with luck, this will sustain for these 2 weeks and we actually see rain.

Now for me, in the Santa Barbara area, looks like we get 3 fronts at best. It is desert here after all...
