I have been watching this too and I bet it will be a good day. Unfortunately I have a work commitment.
Monday looks like a fine winter post frontal soaring day with thermals in the foothills with the possibility of a convergence line running North-South-ish along the Cortina - Berryessa Ridges.
The wrinkles I see for the day are the strong post frontal winds which will tear up the thermals a bit. I would expect some showers to be coming off the Mendos late in the afternoon.
If I did not have a prior commitment on Monday afternoon, you would see me at WSC assuming the forecast holds up.
Look at all of the unstable air behind the front:

It appears winter has returned…

I'm only seeing 20 kt wind in the thermal layer after noon. That might be sporty in ground based thermals, but there will be plenty of cloud, so I would expect the several thousand feet below cloud to be pretty nice.
