I'm seeing the possibility of some post frontal wave on Friday from WSC RASP and Skysight.io with nice ground winds.

I got all excited too, but the skew Ts show thick overcast 2000-8000. I'll keep watching.
PM update both dryer and wavier. Really nice 1400.
Agreed... Forecast quite a bit better after 1300 compared to this morning's RASP run. It will be interesting to see what Thursday morning's RASP run brings.
Still pondering flying between Thursday vs. Friday...

Friday is looking good! I will likely fly.
Here at WSC, it's high overcast. The SMF Metar has 15k and 25k overcast. I'd lean toward Friday as the wave profile looks better than today.

I agree Kemp. No flying for me today. I'm now leaning towards Friday. Time will tell...

Checking the SSA tracker and OGN, looks like no one is flying wave today.
Tomorrow looks like good post frontal day. I’ll be flying from Byron and may try to fly towards Williams.

I decided not to fly when I looked at the wx at 8 am.
Tomorrow is looking promising...
